Upgraded our stay to a room with a tub feature, the first night we tried to use it we had no hot water pressure. Staff had sent a repair man to fix issue and they ended up working on it for 2 hours with no repair. Around 10:45pm he finally called it and said it would need more tools and work to be done before fixing. He cleaned up what he could but our bathroom was left a mess with tub grout and dust all over the floor. We reached out to the staff hoping for some kind of fix or change of rooms but received no kind of help or anything for our troubles. We stayed for 3 nights with no response or repairs done. It was very unfortunate because we were using this hotel as our place of stay for our celebration of our engagement. Most likely won’t be returning

Hotel was beautiful, loved the decor and surroundings. The staff were lovely & helpful. The mattresses are quite soft which want our preference but we were only there for 1 night so it was fine. Breakfast was lovely & they had a kids menu.
