A flawless grand king room having three contiguous but separate and spacious rooms: a living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Each easily closed off from the other by a sliding door. Amenities in the room were unique and practical for a guest or traveled. The shower is large with bench seat, central shower ahead and detachable head. Premium scented cleansing accessories and two separate vanities finished off the space. L The restaurant on the entrance level prepared all foods from scratch with that wonderful southern European food wafting throughout. Virgin Chicago continues to impress and makes me feel welcomed and at home.

Was charged $70 of amenity fees and upon showing up was told the rooftop bar was closed. Still charged the amenity fees. Staff kind of just had no answer for this at all when so brought up it was pretty ironic that I was charged $70 when the staple amenity wasn’t even open. Rooms were clean and nice but was disappointed no rooftop bar as we were looking forward to it and it’s why we booked the hotel over others. Won’t be staying here again.

the room was awesome. The check in process was not good. Unfriendly staff. Room was not ready til close to 5pm. Not all the outlets worked in the room...not a problem but you'll want to look into that. Valet drop off was TIGHT.

I booked two rooms for our family. While the hotel was wonderful, I was very disappointed T. He kin because I had requested adjoining rooms and didn’t get them or even rooms on the same floor. Even though I received a message from the hotel that they had received my request and was When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have any adjoining rooms and they couldn’t even accommodate us on the same floor. We were here with adults and children for a family girls weekend and we had to split up with 4 floors between us. I was told by the front desk they only had one room on each floor that had double beds which I found out later, was not true. I booked in advance for a wonderful weekend and the hotel could not accommodate my request.

Bed’s amazing, location unbeatable! Sucks they make you pay a 35$ resort fee on top of all the fees you already have to pay and room fee as well.

Nice location, interesting architecture. But the place seemed a bit tired to us and in need of a refresh. Room was tiny, not well equipped (ex. Teapot but no coffee maker). We would not stay there again.

The hotel was located in a safe, convenient location. The room maximizes space for an efficient stay plus all the amenities you would expect, plus some. The in-hotel restaurant ioffers an outstanding menu, great service. Room was squeaky clean. Nice, safe, quiet, and convenient stay. Downsides: the valet was inattentive (not to be found) when we pulled up a little after 8 PM as was the bellman whose duties end at 7:30. The good news, parking is literally around the corner and the bellman carts around the corner from the front desk. So, a little self-service never hurt anyone.
