"Excellent service. They went beyond the call of duty when I asked for ice for an event my daughter was helping organise at the cinema just 100 yards or so away. The answer was would a bin liner full be enough!
Fantastic food and A class breakfast. Only downside is no black pudding!"
"Our 4th visit to Chichester, a town we love. The Harbour Hotel is newly decorated and truly lovely. Positives: fridge with water replaced daily, electric kettle, excellent bed with USB chargers at nightstands, towel heater in bath actually worked and there was always plenty of hot water in the walk-in shower. The hotel was very quiet and we loved the views of chimneys and park. The Ship restaurant and bar in the hotel serves fine meals in an elegant setting. Festival Theatre, Pallant House Gallery, Cathedral, Novium Museum all easy walks, as are restaurants, pubs, Boots, M&S food court and lots of shopping opportunities. Staff are welcoming and kind. Special kudos to Tanni, who was especially helpful to us.
We don’t expect hotel rooms or closet space in the UK to be ample as in US, so that’s never a surprise. Only negative: safes in hotel not operational and lift is tiny and lurches, but we felt lucky to have one at all!
We absolutely intend to return to the Harbour Hotel and recommend it highly."
