Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have was that there was not enough communication at the front desk. We did not know they required a $150 deposit, and we did not get a printout when checking out. It left us a bit unsure of what we actually had paid for the room and parking. But the hotel is very nice and we would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had our dog and there was a nice doggy welcome pack when we arrived. The dog suite had lots of room and lots of good amenities that would have allowed us to cook if we had wanted to.

Kitchen was fully stocked honestly though I think this motel would be nothing without the staff. They were so incredible so accommodating, so thoughtful and nice and considerate, patient and kind I can’t say enough words I hands-down would always tell any of my friends or family to stay at this place for sure.

Great location with Christmas decorations up this time of year along the lake. We arrived a little early but we were accomomdated. We loved our view of the lake and mountains. Flick of the switch turned on “the fire” for ambience. Beds were extremely comfortable. We’d return.

This hotel was wonderful, my review is a little late but the front desk lady was so so kind. And her morning cross shift was also kind. The room was very clean and I would stay here again.

I got Covid and was not able to travel. And apparently not covered on the insurance policy I bought due to a non cancellation policy. Never again will I book anything with a non-cancellation policy especially when the alternative is a restrictive insurance policy. Lessons learned and $430 lost.
