We came late in Fall and the place was less than full and would have appreciated an upgrade to water views and good service offer. The place was good, and very clean, the lemon and limes at the front desk was fake. Loved the shampoo and conditioner

The hotel was clean as was the rooms ,view of the lake was good ,big downside for me was the noise from other rooms and from the chairs being moved on the balcony ,all the floors were hard ,so everyfoot step could be hard ,asked if we could be moved but ,they said no,a good quiet sleep is what is needed

Room was bright, spacious, clean and had a bathtub, not just a shower. You cannot swim in the Harrison resort hot pools if you are not staying at the old Harrison resort, so be warned that you have to swim at this hotel's pool instead. Also, the public pool in Harrison has limited space, limited hours, and waitlists, and is not worth waiting for. I would absolutely stay here again, but don't expect to have the outdoor grotto experience.

Booked the junior suite. Room was really nice and well kitted out. Just a shame there were no shops close by that sold food you could actually cook for yourself. Just fast food and restaurants. Property had a coin laundry which was great. Amazing views from the room.
