The hotel itself is great. Customer service and front desk... not so much. They were not helpful at all. WE did love the security guard that was on duty. He was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The front desk was very frustrating to deal with.

OK Place, but not for a family

Common areas were clean and updated. Great breakfast and rooms were modern. The hotel reeked of weed, blankets and garbage were just laying in the hallways all day long and the pool was closed due to "maintenance", which is code for the lobby was being used for a conference. Staff was top notch.

The phones in room were inoperable to order room service or 911...but there was no menu either. At 930am a lady who spoke Russian knicked on my doir waking me up to check out?
