Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great location to Bay Arena, however hotel is a building site, no restaurant / bar, exposed wires everywhere. Rooms very dated, fridge didn’t work. Good for a couple of mates for quick access to football / train station but wouldn’t recommend for anything else.

Staff were so helpful

Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, our room was immaculate and comfortable, there was no bar but offered soft drinks on the temporary reception. The staff were so helpful with all of our needs and ordered taxi for us. I really appreciated the helpful service from the staff…thank you, I would definitely stay again

Staff was excellent. Welcoming, helpful, professional. They should be credited for trying to make the best of awful hotel. Property looked like a bombed-out ruin. Boarded windows & no carpet in what should've been a lobby leaving broken concrete floor. Nothing worked in room, old hair dryer was actually sparking, TV remote needed batteries & fridge warm & smelly. Carpet was filthy. They claimed to be remodeling but no workers on site.
