Leider nicht so toll. Zimmer sehr klein, direkt zur Straße hin und im Erdgeschoss nicht wirklich angenehm.

Die Unterkunft ist modern angehaucht und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnten wir aufgrund einer Überbuchung nicht das reservierte 3er Zimmer in Empfang nehmen. Das Personal hat jedoch schnell eine Lösung gefunden, welche für uns in Ordnung war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und völlig ausreichend bestückt. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und eng - die Ausstattung eher dürftig, das Bett naja und die Sauberkeit im Bad ist nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen aber völlig in Ordnung. Die kurze Laufstrecke zum Messegelände ist Top und auch Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug (Tiefgarage - 8 Euro pro Tag).

Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta gluteenittomia tuotteita (gluteenitonta leipää) ei ollut. Hotellissa oli baari mutta se ei ollut auki. WC oli ahdas, metallinen wc-paperiteline liian lähellä wc-istuinta.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä messualuetta. Kulkuyhteydet ovat toimivat.Alue on rauhalllinen. kauppa sijaitsee lähellä. messuvieraalle hyvä.

Hotel in günstiger Lage

Super Lage nicht weit von der Therme. Schienen gleich nebenan. Deswegen am besten Nachts Fenster zu. Die nächste S Bahn Station ist auch nicht weit. Lidl gibt es auch in der Nähe. Bett ist etwas Klein.

Wer nicht weit zum Bootshaus laufen möchte ...

Pros: - Nähe zum Bootshaus - Tiefgarage vorhanden
Cons: - Im Bad eine entsprechende Ent-/Belüftung einbauen - Gründlicher putzen - Bessere Absprache - Modernisieren
Hauptkriterium war für uns, dass wir in der Nähe des Clubs Bootshaus eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit haben. Das Bootshaus ist vom Hotel aus in 15min gemütlichem Fußmarsch erreichbar. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich kostenlose Parkplätze, es gibt noch eine Tiefgarage, die gegen einen Aufpreis von 8€ genutzt werden kann. Die Etagen des Hotels sind sehr verwinkelt und auch nicht ausreichend ausgeschildert. Die Zimmersuche erfolgt also nach dem Ausschlussverfahren.. Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr klein mit zwei Einzelbetten, die man einfach zu einem Doppelbett zusammen schieben kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Wandschrank und ein Bad, Fernseher, WLAN, kleiner Schrebtisch, Spiegel, Kofferablage. Das Bad ist sehr klein und wer auf der Toilette sitzt, kuschelt mit sämtlichen Amaturen, die vorhanden sind. In der Dusche leider auch Schimmel vorhanden. KEINE ABLUFT im Bad vorhanden. Am nächsten Morgen wird man dann von anderen Hotelgästen geweckt, da das Zuziehen der Zimmertüre durch die ganze Etage schallt. Mit der Rezeption wurde ausgemacht, dass ohne Probleme bis 12 Uhr ausgecheckt werden kann, allerdings wurde das nicht an das restliche Personal weitergegeben, so dass wir irgendwann den Zimmerservice vor der Tür stehen hatten.
