Nice hotel, great location very friendly and informative staff. breakfast was not good but we arrived at 9:30 and breakfast ended at 10 so they were out of many items like boiled eggs fruit some cheeses croissants also scrambled eggs were cold and unappetizing. the lesson is to arrive early for breakfast

3 night stay, booking two rooms. Easy booking process and super helpful staff. Less than 100 yards from main train station/bus station and 5 minute walk into town centre. Rooms lovely and clean with super comfy beds.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and polite. The room was kept clean and bed comfortable. Shops and restaurants near by hotel. My wife and I will be returning to this hotel next year.

The location of this hotel was excellent. The sauna is indefinitely closed, the gym is locked up, and poorly ventilated, making it very smelly. There are no guest laundry facilities. The carpets are very stained. Overall, the hotel felt like it needed to be updated, and given a bit more care.

Front desk was not helpful and attitude was not friendly neither. Shower door was not tight (bad design), water would be everywhere after shower. No air conditioning (well, it is not listed in the room description), but cannot explain why some other rooms have a/c. Had to come down to the ground floor twice to have the functioning fan (first one didn't work at all). In general, no comfortable customer service.

The staff was WONDERFUL! Location is unbeatable if you’re going to see the Cathedral. The room was nice, clean and modern. The only gripe is that the housekeeper just walked in on me multiple times without knocking. Not a big deal, but make sure you put the little sign on your door handle!

Very close to the station, very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. Staff were great - polite, friendly and efficient. Quiet inside mostly, obviously you hear traffic a lot.

Nice room nice workers. Pretty loud almost constantly but bearable for sure. Overall would stay again. Nice and close to cafes the main cathedral and many more attractions all in walking distance.

Pleasant stay

Staff were very kind and friendly, we only stayed 1 night for a concert, but the hotel was right next to the train station. Room was modern, clean and cosy. Well worth the money we paid for 1 night. We would stay here again
