Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, weil ganz in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof.

dürftige Gesamtleistung für Hotelpreis

Pros: Die Lage in HBf-Nähe
Cons: Sehr viel.Wir hatten ein sehr unsauberes Zimmer, haben NICHT geduscht. Die Toilette wies Spuren der Vorgänger auf.
Sehr unfreundlicher, fast schon arroganter Empfang.Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Wie Sie aus der Vielzahl von anderen Bewertungen entnehmen können, ist gerade die Freundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter sowie die Sauberkeit der Zimmer unser Faustpfand. Unsere Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und somit können wir Beschwerden jederzeit entgegennehmen und noch vor Ort beseitigen. Wir würden uns sehr über die Möglichkeit freuen, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch von uns zu überzeugen. Viele Grüße aus Köln!
