Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels offers 316 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and complimentary bottled water. Rooms open to balconies or patios. We have stayed at this resort twice now and both times were outstanding! We travel a lot. This resort has a very friendly staff. The views are beautiful!! You can enjoy them from anywhere but the balcony off of the main lobby and restaurant are incredible and comfortable. Nice seating, fireplaces and TVs. The food at the restaurant is excellent along with the service. The breakfast buffet isn’t free BUT worth every dollar. Best buffet breakfast that I have had at a resort. They have a huge variety and the quality of the food is exceptional. We can’t wait to stay again!

I was most impressed by the staff, especially Housekeeping as they texted to me that I left the do not disturb sign on the door and they were wondering if I wanted the room made up which I did of course. Check in people were friendly and helpful and the checkout person at 5 o’clock in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. All in all a marvelous resort hotel.

There was a stain on the sheets look like blood, call down they gave us new sheets they gave us new sheets we made the bed on our self did not tell us about the resort fee and the parking fee and we were in a area that they had parties so kids were running up and down the hallways till late. Other than that, it was relaxing, but we’re unable to use the resort benfits because it rained all weekend.
