Title: Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Service! 🌟 My recent stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was seamless, and they even accommodated my early arrival with no hassle. The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. The view from my window added an extra touch of serenity to the stay. The hotel amenities exceeded my expectations. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the fitness center had a wide variety of equipment in excellent condition. I also enjoyed dining at their restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. One of the highlights was the location—close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which enhanced my visit. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I was not allowed cancellation. Major winter storm and State Police recommended not to travel cancelled our trip. Hotel could care less and had to pay for a room I couldn’t use. Was told manager would contact me, but never heard a thing!
