Thrilled with the value of this stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. We did however, have some black staining at the top of the walls in our room and a strong mildew smell in the shower.

Despite reservations made two months prior, our room was not ready upon arrival. The room itself was okay, I found it amusing that we had to be "elite" members to enjoy a plastic bottle of water. The shower nearly overflowed (very poor design) and the pool water was dirty, my daughter did not feel comfortable in it by the second night. I was woken up every single morning by loud noises, whether that was carts going out or trash being taken out. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Even if they could keep up with the food going out, the food was awful and they had poor options. We ended up skipping out on breakfast halfway through our week there. We will not be booking at this hotel again. The location was the only convenience to us.

Great Place

We ran out of towels. I caught an employee in the hall and asked for more towels. He brought them right back within a few minutes. I was so surprised. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices.
