The AC didnt work good. The floors/carpets were filthy. After my DIL gave my grandson a bath and brought him to our room, he ended up filthy from being on our floor and she had to re bath him. The toilet didn't flush good

The staff were nice and friendly but the condition of the hotel was not great. Walls damaged, trim chipped, doors didn’t work. The kitchen was not clean at all.

Staff were great and very friendly. The room was cleanish. there was stubble in the sink, which i had to clean, had to clean around the toilet. It is also pet friendly, which is fine for people with pets. However there is "pet" smell in the room. should have rooms available that have not had pets in them for guests travelling with no pets. I got a few flea bites while there.

The upgrades are good, however, I happened to look up and see those old seventy styles popcorn ceilings...... Also, pull out showers nozzles would have been amazing... I would have loved that more versus the extra coffee option in my room for the extra price. Overall very good for the price.
