Upon check in around 10pm, the front desk mentioned they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had confirmation from hotels.com. The staff from hotels.com mentioned there was no room available for the stay, while the front desk mentioned there is technically room but they would have to be charging way more than what we originally booked for. Not exactly sure which party was at fault, but ultimately, after an hour of going back and forth between hotels.com and the hotel front desk, we decided to leave and had to find another accommodation else where for our stay.
