The staff was nice and greeted you every time you walked through the door. My room was clean, but it did smell of mildew. Opening the window is a necessity upon first entering the room. The facilities on site are useful. Overall, I'd recommend someone to stay at this property. It's average for the price.

Hard Pass next time.

Don't waste your time and money on this property. Its beat up and run down. Not sure why Sonesta would think it meets their standards. Needs a complete redo - sink coming off the wall in bathroom, chair not working, 1980s decor at best. I stay 100 nights a year in hotels - this is on my dont stay again list for sure.

Nice size rooms, especially for the rates. Nice water pressure in shower too. Not quite 5 stars imo, because it’s not totally “modern”, especially the dishwasher/fridge in our room looked ancient but all in all, nice stay and nice staff.

I liked the condition of the hotel, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. While I didn't use it, I was impressed with their selection of kitchen appliances that can be borrowed. There were pros and cons to the location. It was nice and quiet, but options were limited if you wanted to walk to stores or restaurants.

love this Sonesta Suites!

Every time I come to Columbus on business I stay at this hotel. I told the deskperson when I left today that of all the hotels I stay in across the country, I look forward to staying here the most. It's been my favorite since the first time I stayed here several years ago. It does not disappoint!
