What the photo shows is exactly what it looks like. The beds were very clean with white sheets. Cleaning was done daily. The environment was very safe for families with children and pets. The pool was very clean.

I liked the quiet area, they had an awesome breakfast with the attendant who was very responsive to our needs. The pools are great for all ages but would be nice to have one heated outside. I liked the grandness of the lobby area.

Upon arrival, our original room smelled badly of cat urine. The manager on duty was very understanding and moved us to another room and comp the upgrade for one evening. But since we had booked it for three that required us to move again to another room in the next morning, all in all, not a big hassle and we enjoyed this stay.

The room needed proper attention to detail based on cleanliness. There was snack wrapper and peanuts found on the floor on arrival. The patio area needed to be clean and the rain was dangerously loose. The carpet needs to be replaced. It has a smell that was strong and hard to bear
