We had a pleasant experience at the hotel however, there were a few instances where we believe improvements could have been made to enhance our stay. 1. Upon check-in, we were not provided with a tour of the hotel and its amenities and so we were unaware of the complimentary breakfast. 2. We had requested to ski on four days however, the concierge incorrectly charged us for 5 days. The hotel failed to offer any compensation or alternative solution, leading to a substantial charge. 3. Unfortunately, we inadvertently lost our key due to an error on our part. The previous guest had also lost their key, and the hotel did not have a spare. Consequently, we were forced to pay for the lock change. Most hotels provide key cards, and if that was the only key available, we would have appreciated prior notification. In total, we accrued charges that could have been avoided if not for the miscommunication that occurred during our stay.
