Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was excellent. We encounterd friendly staff from the beginning. Our room was cleaned daily by hardworking staff and we definitely appreciate that. The views from outside the hotel looking down from the mountain was magical! The food was 10/10!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco My wife and I became ill due to the altitude and needed medical attention. The staff was incredibly caring and proactive — they immediately called for medical assistance and made sure we were comfortable at all times. A special thank you to Fidel from Security, who went above and beyond by personally bringing oxygen tanks to our room and checking on us throughout the night. Angela was also exceptional in coordinating the ambulance and ensuring everything went smoothly. The service, professionalism, and genuine care of the entire team made a difficult situation much easier to handle. We are deeply grateful — Hilton Garden Inn Cusco truly deserves a 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free filtered water station and refilled our water bottles there. The buffet breakfast was incredible - tons of options including local foods, omelets, fruit, juices and more! A note to future travelers: Be sure to prepay for breakfast- it is more than double the cost to pay in person! We wished we had added the breakfast option even though we would have missed a day due to our scheduled trek.
