Great location, wonderful staff

Pros: Historical site and setting, great decor. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Great Spa area!

Everything is within walking distance from this hotel. From the local tourist spots to the markets, everything is close by. The hotel, an old convent, was particularly astounding. Tours are held to advise the history of the building and what it means to the local area. Of particular note was the level of service from the staff. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and made the experience an enjoyable one. Polite, eager to assist, talkative and friendly - I could not have asked for more. The spa was just enough after a long day walking / hiking and the treatments were extremely good also. The room was very spacious, modern and pristine. A really great experience.
