The entire staff was simply amazing!!! Keson, Destiny, Douglas, Samola the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. The hotel was so accommodating and handled every rush that came through due to the communication outage at the airport. Can’t say enough good things. If you stay here you will feel right at home. The rooms are cute industrial design and the beds are very comfortable. Enjoy your stay.

Good last minute stay

The staff was friendly, we unexpectedly had to book due to a flight cancelation and major issues at the airport. Many, many, many people booked this hotel last minute. Shuttle driver and staff handled the rush of people well. Room set up and decor is fun. Hotel was quiet, we did not hear highway noise.

Not really worth the money

I was exhausted when I arrived. When I asked to see the menu, the staff was unconcerned and not sure if they were serving or not. The girl at the desk was sitting there eating (extremely unprofessional) but couldn't be bothered to make me a salad. The ice maker on floor 3 was broken so it involved running down to 2nd floor to get ice. Saulo got ice for me a couple of times since I have limited use of my left leg. He brought me fresh towels and was very polite. I hope he got the tip I left in the room for him.
