The breakfast was good, more than I expected. My room was nice, very clean. I slept well, and would stay again if I was in the area. The check in process was slow, they had two people at the desk and only one computer. My wait was around 10 minutes and there was a line of people behind me. It was frustrating because it was after 10:00 pm and I was very tired. The parking was not great either. They need more prking. Other than that , it was a good experience and i would stay again.

Was not able to access the Internet with any codes that were given. TV In the room did not work nor did the majority of electric outlets. Phone did not work so was unable to contact front desk. Temp in room went back and forth from extremely hot to extremely cold. Horrible experience.

They ran my card for $100 deposit when I was on the highway driving there and we checked in at the correct time. Then told me they ran it before I arrived to ensure that I got a room because they were sold out. Put us in the 3rd floor where there was hardly another soul staying.

The bed smelled like pee. We removed the blankets and the mattress had a big pee stain. We were tired from driving 12 hours and the phone didn’t work. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and towels.
