The staff we interacted with between 8pm and 7am was terrible. They acted like we were an inconvenience and unwelcome. The front desk man in the AM lied to us and others about the transport van. He had a movie on in the front lobby with half naked women and sat and ate a huge plate of the hotel Buffett breakfast even if you approached him to ask him a question. The only time he moved was to go out and smoke a cigarette outside. The van transport from the airport to hotel was unorganized and picks up people until the van is totally packed with people. It’s a different van going to the airport from the hotel and that driver also stops at multiple hotels until the van is packed and was an hour late to even come to our hotel or the front desk man never cared to communicate that there were guests needing transport. They have a “signup sheet” but it’s “fake” and the man lied to our face about the van always being on time and that we “just missed” it. So good luck. The only exception was the AM cafeteria/lobby prep lady…she was efficient and kind and the food was good. The room was average but the elevators and halls were questionable and there were odors walking through the halls and (music, baby crying, coughing, airplanes) noise throughout the night. Just fyi if any of that is a deal breaker.

TV is very small, lighting is very minimal, too dark! A/c is loud, it woke me up! Needs renovation, room looks old. Towels are very rough. For the breakfast, very minimal options unlike other La Quinta hotels.

1 night very convenient to DFW

We had a early flight so one night stay very comfortable and conveniently located. About a 10 minute drive to the airport. Next time we fly we will stay here. Also very good price and great breakfast

Do not rely on the shuttle

Hotel has been renovated - rooms are ok, but lighting in room is terribly dark. Do not rely on airport shuttle - it quickly gets overloaded because it stops at another property first. We had to use a taxi - good thing or we would have missed our flight - shuttle had no room for our luggage.

Airport transportation is evidently provided by an outside contractor that is not up to the task. We spent 3 hrs waiting for a ride ,there were several vans that passed but always full up. . Gave up and got a taxi at 9;30 pm. Next morning transfer was delayed but managed to make it on time in a beat up van and a driver on a suicide mission . Hotel staff was great they need to get a handle on the shuttle service Might be a good choice if you have your own car but there have to be better choices if you are an overnight at the airport.
