The Hot Tub was not Hot. So, there are two pools at this hotel, a big pool and a small pool. So Hotels.com should remove the "Hot Tub" as an amenity from this location, which is why I chose it. Unless they'd like to remedy that and turn the heater on. The desk light didn't work in my room. The breakfast eggs were bad. My room was near the elevator which is really loud and clicks all night. But I will say the whole hotel is very, very clean.

Decent Stay, but Terrible Shuttle and Poor Lighting The hotel stay itself was fine — the room was clean and comfortable once I checked in. However, the experience was overshadowed by the unfriendly staff and awful shuttle service. After arriving at the Dallas airport, I called for the hotel shuttle and was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. I waited 35 minutes, called again, and was told another 25. When I asked to speak to management and mentioned filing a complaint, the shuttle arrived about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, the van was in terrible shape — seats were broken and torn, the interior was dirty, and it smelled awful. The room was clean but poorly lit, with only two desk lamps and no overhead lighting, which made it difficult to work or read comfortably. Overall, the property itself was fine for a quick overnight stay, but the lack of professionalism, poor lighting, and terrible shuttle service made it disappointing.

Airport shuttle was the worst, I had waited over two hours and called 5 times , each time they said the driver will arrive in 5 minutes but he never showed up, finally the receptionist told me he will find an uber for me but that didn’t happen either. I ended up booking an uber myself and never got reimbursed , I will never stay at this property again

The airport shuttle was very convenient and accommodating. Also, the hotel staff were friendly plus very helpful. The room was spotless and nice size— it exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the continental breakfast was a great meal. I would recommend staying if you want to be close to the airport.
