I had a great experience! The ladies in the check in counter was super sweet. The room was pretty nice. Needs to be updated, but the bathroom was clean, bed/sheets were comfy and clean. It was quiet, I didn't find it unsafe, or anything sketchy. I mean, for $60, you can't beat it. The transportation was good-ish. The van that took me to the airport was a horrible driver. Almost crashed into a car where the car behind us had to swerve into another lane because he cut him off. He was distracted, calls on his phone, radio, and messing with things in the front seat. However, they had other drivers like the one that brought me from the airport to the motel. He was a pretty good driver. Over all, I found it a great place to stay if you have a layover, or just visiting this part of Dallas. I will stay here again.

Don't stay here! Lied about providing breakfast. Guaranteed coffee, none available at 8am! Condition and service at property is terrible. Expected better using the Wyndham name, meaningless! Door would not lock when closed. Carpet and furniture tears, bathroom paint, counter damage, frig. cabinet, stained sheets damaged and not repaired.

The room was dirty, chair in room torn, trash behind light fixture, toilet not bolted to floor, felt as though it would tumble over when you sat on it, shower curtain dirty. If we had not had Lysol I would not have laid down on the bed sheets!

Let me begin with the bad experience, after a long flight into Dallas Love Field (DLF) I called the hotel as they advise “free shuttle service” and instead I got from the lady “we only offer the shuttle service to and from DFW; so after trying to hail a cab and left with no options, my family was able to get an Uber to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel. I arrived and it took the lady who checked me in 5 minutes to show up; slowest check in and not very personable. The good was the room was clean; appeared it someone took time to make sure everything was tidy. The room was spacious and quiet and comfortable. The next morning I asked if the shuttle to DFW was available and was told it was at 7:30 am, and while in the lobby, I grabbed some “to go breakfast” which consisted of coffee or juice. I then checked out and waited for the shuttle, which the driver was nice and helped me with my bags. The shuttle was clean and comfortable and took me to DFW airport.

I would like my money back for a bad stay.

We had black mold in our bathroom, the place was hot an humid and smelt moldy upstairs. We had to switch room multiple times.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to

I am what you call a road warrior. I live on the road and have for 25 years. I have never been in such a disgusting hotel in my entire career. Stains on the floor, cigarette burns on the bathroom sink and the window shades. Had to go to the front desk every day to have my keys redone. I moved out and went to a different hotel using my Marriott app. As soon as I checked in, I immediately took a shower. It was so gross!
