One of the best hotels I stayed in in New Delhi had a fantastic experience. The staff was an unbelievable. The food was unbelievable beautiful rooms grateful coming back.

Roseate House is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end property. The rooms are elegant, the service is courteous, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming — exactly what a traveler hopes for near the airport. That said, I was quite frustrated by the lack of flexibility around accessing amenities, particularly the business center. As someone traveling across time zones, I needed a quiet space to work outside of typical office hours, but the staff were unable to open the business center or find a workable solution. For an airport or transit hotel that caters to international travelers, this kind of flexibility is essential. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential — but I hope the management reconsiders the accessibility of amenities to better serve guests who are on different schedules.

I booked and paid for a five star hotel, but instead ended up with motel experience. The room needed renovation badly. The bathroom was terrible with the sewer drain smelling up the whole room. The chemicals used to clean the room or hide the smell ended up causing us allergies.

Reception staff needs better grooming .lack hospitality and warmness .check in and out took too much time inspite of all follow ups. Bathrooms are very impractical all water comes out due to their poor design of cubical .just found it dull and warmless .not value for money .Pullman j w Mariott are far better properties and hospitality

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining in Aerocity, however at the time we visited there was construction going on and a lot of tar was being used. Inside the hotel it was great, but near the hotel Aerocity was badly polluted due to the fact that hot tar was being used. The breakfast buffet is very good, and this is one reason why I chose to stay in the hotel for a second time. I am sure that once the construction in the mall is finished, the environment outside will be better.
