The hotel was outstanding value and right in the business centre. The service was top notch and there was always someone to serve your needs at any time of day, no matter what it is. I want to pay special thanks to Saurabh and Jasrij from Concierge who looked after a number of parcels for me prior to arriving at the hotel. I want to recognise the outstanding service that Restaurant Manager Abik provided to me for my customised dinner room service on both nights of my stay. He provided outstanding service and ensured that my order was accurate and to my liking and checked up on me before and after each meal. Also making me a great packed breakfast ready to go everyday. Even saying farewell to me with a parting gift. Saurah from.Tamra delivered my dinner to me daily and he was a lovely gentleman and did an excellent job. The food was absolutely delicious. I will no doubt stay here again. Wonderful.work team. Room was also ready super early when I arrived at 7.30am..the view was no good and did not have the India Gate view I was after but that is OK since the room was available a long time before official check in.

The room was great apart from a couple of insect visitors on the first night. The Clubroom was also awesome with a hearty breakfast and beautiful dinner with Indian flavours each day. Some of the staff in the Clubroom were great and went the extra distance, others could do with a bit more training….

The hotel was really excellent. The staff were all polite and helpful, the suite was spacious and comfortable, the spa facility and pool was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of cuisines (all delicious). The hotel is in the middle of a bustling area, but it felt like safe and secure oasis.

Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Kapil Sharma upgraded us to a better room on horizon club floor. Front office employee Salvina was very cooperative. Mohan and Jeetpal from Housekeeping were excellent. As a Expedia Gold tier customer I am entitled to a free upgrade whenever available, also I am entitled to 20% discount on a single restaurant bill and airport transfer. However I was given 20% discount on all food items (restaurant and room service - total 6 bills) and airport transfer. I thank management for this.

Staff were fantastic, the spa, breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was great. Unfortunately the air quality was quite poor while we were in Delhi, but being able to comfortably hang at the hotel was a saving grace.

All was as expected of a hotel of this standard. What was not expected was that there was no bar for a casual drink and unless you drank in your room the earliest available was 6.30 with a meal. Even this on 1 night was closed off for a function, it appears hotel guests are not a priority.
