I had a great stay at this hotel in Delhi. The location is excellent, with easy access to key landmarks in South Delhi as well as the airport. A mall is conveniently nearby, which makes things even easier for food, shopping, and quick errands. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Both the breakfast and in-room dining were very good, with good quality and variety. As someone visiting from abroad, I found the hotel safe, comfortable, and well managed, which really matters when you’re in a new city. I would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers, but it’s a solid choice for leisure stays as well.

Khageshor who helped with clean room. The Grand New Delhi hotel to good and nicely located but we would suggest that the rooms in the hotel should have some more light and the shower area should either have shower curtain and/or glass enclosure.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and also has Ambience Mall in walking distance. Breakfast spread was also very good. Bathroom taps and flush were little outdated for a five star hotel.

The pool was still a bit cool. The staff have been great and the hotel is in the old style which we prefer, to shiny chrome and glass. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but very busy.

For a hotel this size 6 sun beds are inadequate and only three pool towels at the start of the day and none of you come later. Reception is very chaotic with no system in place for dealing with large groups. Three desks and we had to go to each of them before the correct location, desk signage would help. The most helpful staff were the ones servicing our room they were excellent.

Never book this awful hotel.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and I’ve had a terrible experience. I had to change the rooms twice because of issues. The new room they offered us, the shower broke and flew off the wall and hit me in the head. The front staff was so unhelpful all they offered me was an apology. If your guest has an injury on hotel premises due to bad maintenance then surely there should be compensation. The food was terrible and overpriced and they have stupid rules that you can’t bring food packages inside. I had a small Bluetooth speaker that they wanted me to hand over. What is this a jail?
