Expedia was the problem! The staff at the hotel was good! The location and parking was confusing and we wasted money with the public parking! Expedia miss represented where the hotel was and what was there. I wouldn’t be using Expedia again!

The Room was very very nice beyond what was expected. I was unable to make the stay due to a death in the family, and whoever answered the phone was very accommodating adding My wife on to the reservation. She said it was great.. actually to quote her she said "Edgey so Nice: The Hyatt next door to your hotel really is a dump FYI, especially for being in the buisness district of a city.

There was what appeared to be a bloody finger print on the upstairs bathroom doorframe. My security door lock kept latching when we would leave the room. There for we had to wait got maintenance to let us in.
