"After staying in Edinburgh, it made this hotel feel very dated. The view out of the room was not good and the water was only lukewarm. The hotel isn’t awful, just don’t expect it to be 5 star. The staff was super friendly and got us anything we needed and the breakfast was good."

"Setting was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Would be helpful to have a small fridge in room and an ice machine in each area. Room service was great at delivering ice but they are very busy. Front desk staff were friendly. Staff in hallways could be more friendly and upbeat by simply saying hello, have a good day or any acknowledgment as you passed them. Spa was fine but jets were not working when we were there. Outdoor pool area was beautiful. Overall spa area was underwhelming. Golf course was lovely and reasonable price. Excellent rental clubs!"
