The desk chair in my room was broken and wouldn’t go up. As I was working on my laptop all evening, I called the front desk and asked if it could be swapped out. They said they would “try”. No one ever responded so I sat on 2 pillows on the chair trying to elevate myself to an appropriate level. Pretty clean but there was a glob of toothpaste on the wall next to the sink mirror. Not major but just seemed kind of hard to miss. Not sure if it’s typical or not but I only had 4 working TV channels. To be fair, I didn’t ask the front desk because I hadn’t gotten a response for my chair request so I didn’t bother.

I was won over by the rooms with the view, so that’s what I booked. When I got to my room, they had put me in a room with the view of another buildings ceiling. Not the room that was advertised.

Manoj is a Horrible Front Desk Associate

I booked a King bed on the High Floor. I flew in and arrived at the hotel at 520pm. Manoj was the associate helping. He stated "top floor" and gave me a key to a room on the 3rd floor. Weird, but maybe their floors are different. Nope 3rd floor. I go back down and hes gives the most rude service ever. Says he is sold out. I told him thats fine but my booki g was for a high floor. He said he had nothing but then found a room on the 6rh floor. I stated you have 15 floors. He states he has to move someone. Not my problem, my booking was for a high floor. He then tells me I got there at 530 so I shouldve come earlier. I informed him I flew in and regardless whatever I booked should be reserved when I arrive. He finally "finds" a 10floor room and tells me next time I should inform them of the high floor. Told him his service was rude and the system should inform him.

The hotel had water damage in several areas like the buffet ceiling and our bedroom ceiling (#1502). The lighting in the bathroom and sink areas were terrible. The shower water pressure was very weak.

Decent property , pics are very deceiving though . Room (1501) was ok , small but ok. Water pressure was terrible but other than that it was decent . The issues for me was the parking , parking lot , and the crazy ghetto deposit fees .
