"Great stay"

"This property was just what we needed, a place to stay with our dogs while we attended an out-of-town graduation. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main bedroom, have to find/use lamps).But these little things didn't amount to much. The cottage is cleverly decorated with model trains and walking distance to a promising downtown. We were able to get a good breakfast and coffee to fuel us up before we left for the day, and the big fenced in backyard was appreciated by our two dogs."

"Wood Crest Cottage was an excellent choice for my first visit to Michigan. Morning coffee experiencing nature in the beautiful setting and evening soaks in the hot tub were perfect bookends to days of exploring beaches and the wine trail. The carefully curated grounds, interior and amenities insured a peaceful and relaxing stay. Anyone considering booking this property should not hesitate to choose it. "
