Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff. But, the room was so small it didn't even have space for a chair. Fridge and microwave were clean, but no space to set anything down. Luggage ended up being underfoot.

The rooms were nice, but the beds were hard and not very comfortable and there was no amenities ( hot, breakfast, coffee…..) the hot tub was broken they did not have breakfast. The fire pit was not even working, nobody was ever around to ask questions, For the price I got charged, it was not worth my time or money! I will not go back to the adventure inn in Durango co..

Price was good for the area, finishes were slightly updated. Needed more space for counters. The long bench was odd. Main issue was bed was too hard and sheets were polyester. Made sleeping hard. First time I had an actual key to my hotel room in years. A single washer and dryer had reasonable rates and worked well although it was on the second floor. Staff was friendly.

Great train ride.

We loved staying in the Adventure Inn.. it was an ideal location for the things we wanted to do in the area. It was very clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful.

The windows must be closed to avoid the noise. The floor needs repairing and it squeaks when you walk on it. Washing machine and dryer available which is a big plus for us.

Unfortunately we were assigned (by the property management - NOT reachable at 5pm local time) an upstairs room that was NOT handicap accessible (my wife has a mobility impairment) - the on-site staff did all they could do to accommodate but the "only" downstairs room they had available (still up several stairs) was VERY small with only one queen (full?) bed. We were "uncomfortable" at best. Expedia's lack of handling of communication prompted us to call ALL hotels (4 more days at different locations NOT booked through Expedia) that we have booked for this road trip to ensure they had honored our requests for a handicap accessible room - they were honored!! No thanks to Expedia's system that does NOT communicate well to the properties about handicap accessibility, we will no longer be using Expedia to make reservations.
