Staff was super friendly, good location to be able to walk around town. Hotel is pretty dated but clean. They have that they provide airport shuttle which they dont (only for staff) - which was the main reason I booked this hotel.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were spacious and our puppy had a grassy area right out side our room that was so convenient. We also had a perfect view of the river. Good and service was excellent. Great staff!!!

We have the noisiest neighbors. We had maintenance issues with our shower. The Christmas buffet was awful. The furnishings were dated. The view to the river was spectacular. The service was amazing. I really think the service and the view is the only thing saving that place.

The room was cleaned very well every day I requested it, but room window has gap between glass that allowed cold air to blow in keeping room cold unless heat temp was raised. There is no powered vent for room bathroom. Lobby bathrooms were not accessible with valid room card. Guest coffee station in lobby was not restocked, cleaned from previous evening and coffee not made unless requested by guests each morning. Staff at check-in desk did not greet guests except during check-in and out and the exception of the two people working the desk on Christmas day. I don’t think It’s too much to ask that guests are greeted each day! We did not use the dinning room for breakfast, but did go to the lounge for happy hour. Server/bartender was exceptional and menu good. This hotel was built in 1986. It needs updating and repairs made to be competitive with nearby hotels.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. So much space compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The view of the river below was breathtaking. Everything was hard wood from the front desk to the sinks in the bathroom. Just gave that warm cozy feeling. Dinner was delicious as well. It’s right across the street from the train station. So close you can walk to it. My husband, kids and I would give it 10 stars if we could. We will drive all the way back from Texas and stay here again! It’s that good.

Room was amazing. We had a great view of the Animas river, and being on the first floor, it was super convenient to walk our dogs. The staff from when we arrived, til we departed, was super nice and helpful. Would definitely try to stay here again in the future!
