Bed and pillows were super comfy, spacious and well-kept all around. Shower drain was clogged initially, but staff helped us fix it and it was fine after. Great value stay overall!

The hotel is very nice and very clean. So there is nothing to say about the rooms and their cleanliness. However it’s very sad that the doors and walls are so thin that you can literally hear every small noise in every room nearby. Thin walls and heavy chairs are also a bad combination cause every time me or anyone else was moving a chair it sounded like we’re having a renovation. I know it’s hard to make walls thicker but thicker doors are quite easy to get cause we were staying next to the elevator and every time someone was using it we woke up cause of the noise. And also there is no sense in forbidding smoking on balconies. We literally upgraded our room so we don’t have to go downstairs to smoke all the time. There is a high potential to be an excellent hotel. Maybe you should work on it cause most of the reviews are complaining about the same thing.

No me gusta que no limpien dirio. Hoy que hice el check out me bloquearon el acesso para guardar las maletas y me tuve que ir con todo mi equipaje. Otro lado eso está pésimo. Tuve que pagar extra por lavar mi ropa y no hay fregadero para lavar platos. No volvería aunque la ubicación es buena.

Plassering av hotellet var meget bra relatert til messe. Tok u bahn og var fremme ca 20 min. Akkurat nå var nærmeste u bahn stengt, så måtte gå 500 meter. De åpner vel snart den stasjonen 100 meter unna. Anbefaler sandwich til frokost og ikke Bagels

* online Einchecken ist so kompliziert wie nirgends, ohne jeden Mehrwert; * mit dem anbiedernden Geduze soll vmtl. die fehlende Komponente Gastfreundschaft kompensiert werden; * Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber (Haargummis hinter der Tür, alte Kaffeekapseln in der Maschine); * Klimaanlage mit Schlauch, die man aus dem angekippten Fenster führen muss sind unsinnig und umweltschädlich; * die Lage ist vielleicht praktisch, aber der Lärmpegel die ganze Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster nahezu unerträglich - die Ohrstöpsel auf dem Nachttisch sagen wohl alles; * ungastliche Lobby, mit vergitterten Bereichen - Urlaub in Guantanamo? # Fazit: never again!!

Schönes großes Zimmer (L), gutes kingsize Bett. Glück gehabt, das Zimmer war zum Innenhof, sonst Straßenseite sehr laut! Nachteil: das Bad war schrecklich, alte gammelige Duschkabine. Bilder auf Homepage zumindest für dieses Zimmer falsch! Frühstück 👎

Terrible el check in porque no hay una persona que esté antendiendo sino que dependes de que te llegue un código pin que nunca recibí, entonces me tocó estar 45 minutos coordinando para poder entrar a la habitación
