Room was nice. Sadly no hot water during the stay. No offer of compensation. Club lounge food offering was very poor and not regularly checked. Clean and comfortable. Bar tender was very good.

It is the roof of a huge car park right next to DUS, perfect for early morning flight! We love the turtles in the garden and the table soccer in the lounge. If you want subway going to town center, the station right at the bottom. Perfect location

Amazingly beautiful hotel at the airport. Super clean and luxury . The staff members provide excellent customers service. My only issue was opening the shower very difficult and hard I almost couldn’t take a shower, I was gonna take a bath and I couldn’t the water kept going it didn’t stay . Otherwise my stay was pleasant

The hotel is tired. The rooms are a bit run diwn. Dirty grouting in the bathrooms. A bit old. Only one plug socket at the desk. No bathrobe in a Superior room. Reception was quick, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good apart from solid scrambled egg.
