First of all the hallways had leaves sitting in the open for the two days we were there meaning not one single member of the staff made the effort to clean them up. I booked the room here specifically because they have a pool. Pool was closed entire time. Either advertise that your pool is closed or at least provide a discount for the lack of the pool being available. Seriously disappointed all around for booking here. Would never book here again.

I had to explain my issue 4 or 5 times and still staff person Mike was not able to do anything about it.
