Wonderful hotel, terrible booking app

The hotel was wonderful. Good service, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. I will not be using the Hotel.com app in the future due to completely appalling customer service. I have deleted the app from my phone and will book directly thru the hotel in the future.

We were impressed with hotel except for our soft bed. Gave us both sore back n pillows were too soft also. Being handicapped the accesdible room had plenty of space for mobility aids … no chair or bench in shower.
