The rooms were spacious and clean. The room had unforgettable view. Pacific Ocean beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Balcony was overlooking the beautiful river and palm trees with golf course. Staff were courteous, friendly and attentive. Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and had a great time.

We booked a suite at this beautiful hotel as a couple, hoping to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible due to a neighboring room occupied by a family with several children and a barking dog. We reported the issue that night, but by checkout the next morning, there was no record of our complaint. I ended up waiting nearly an hour while multiple staff members tried to address the situation. For a reputable establishment, I expected more acknowledgment and consideration for the disruption we experienced.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. The room was spacious and well equipped, but it just needs some TLC. Bathrooms are outdated, as is the pool. However, overall, it was a great experience.
