Dirty. I had dog poop in my room. They false advertise so much it’s disgusting. The staff was extremely rude, I moved rooms like 3x. Never going again. The whole place was gross, and it smelled like a dirty locker room.

The lobby area was/is nice. But when I got up to the 3rd floor it smelled very musty and it didn't get better when I got to my room. Seems like the carpet could use a good steam cleaning. My room was meh. The walls of the bathroom had been repaired it looked like they did the bare minimum. Breakfast was lack luster. Scrambled eggs were so dry and stick to the bottom of the pan. The air conditioner worked real well.

There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The hottub and pool were full of hair and leaves. The service..... oh my goodness don't even get me started. No coffee anytime I went to the lobby and when I tried to make some my self, because the guy was busy, I got yelled at. The "hot" breakfast was cold and gross. It was just all around bad. I'll never visit this hotel again.

Front desk was extremely rude. We booked an ADA room for an elderly traveler and the room had limited handicapped access. Had trouble getting into the room without ramps, when asking for assistance they refused.
