Gym was all broken other than the sauna. Room was fairly clean but door let in light and air from the outside because not attached properly. Did not appreciate it being attached to a dispensary without that being mentioned.

Front desk was extremely nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Location was perfect for us. Downside was the AC unit was not working well. Humidity in the room was uncomfortable. Was only there for 2 nights and did not want the bother of changing rooms so it was not brought up to the staff. We're only there in the evening and for sleeping so it was bearable.

Fantastic place to stay

Hotel was very clean, towel supply was generous and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Location is excellent, right across the street from trolley depot and visitor center. Walk down to downtown area just minutes away.

We showed up earlier then check in time and was just hoping to be able to store our luggage till check-in time as we were on motorcycles. The front desk attendant surprised us with getting us both our rooms early. It was great that the pool & hot tub were open to 11 pm as it allowed us to ride the hills all afternoon then enjoy the hot tub in the evening.

Everything looked clean but I noticed on bottom of my socks there was dirt from walking on the room floor. Every time the toilet was flushed a loud noise came was heard. And the air conditioning gave a noise when you were trying to sleep.
