The highlight of the property is the impressive 14 x 7 metre private swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces, comfortable loungers and attractive seating areas. The outdoor barbecue area, complete with a fully equipped summer kitchen, covered terrace and dining space, creates the perfect setting for enjoying meals together throughout the day.

The villa is mainly arranged on one level and offers excellent accessibility. Inside you'll find a bright living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area and a separate dining room. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the tower houses a double bedroom with private bathroom and a charming viewpoint overlooking the surrounding countryside and the Sant Salvador Monastery. Two additional bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, are situated next to the pool terrace and are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Garten und klasse Pool. Im Garten waren gerade die Zitronen reif, mega! Die Finca selber ist schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Drei der Zimmer haben auch jeweils ein eigenes Bad, die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss des Haupthauses haben zusammen nur ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC mit Waschbecken. Wir waren fünf Paare (zwischen 50 und 80 Jahre) und konnten uns mit den Gegebenheiten gut arrangieren! Die Außenküche war wirklich super, ein Holzkohlegrill, ein Kühlschrank, ein separates WC…… alles vorhanden! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Platz um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Nach Felanitx kann man zu Fuß gehen (ca. 25 Minuten) oder sonst mit dem Auto (10 Min). Hier gibt es alles, Supermarkt, Bäcker, einmal die Woche Markt…… insgesamt ein richtig typisches spanisches Städtchen!!! Nochmal vielen lieben Dank für die wirklich schönen Tage!
