A localização do hotel é excelente, e o café da manhã é bom, o que são pontos positivos da hospedagem. No entanto, alguns aspectos deixaram a desejar. O sinal do Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto, o que dificulta bastante o uso da internet. Além disso, a limpeza do quarto não foi satisfatória. Durante os três dias de estadia, as toalhas de banho não foram repostas. Chegamos a solicitar com a moça da limpeza, porém fomos informados de que não havia mais toalhas disponíveis.

Quando a experiência é ruim você pode registrar + quando é terrível você tem obrigação como cidadão. - Equipe da recepção- completamente despreparada é tão ruim que não consegue nem escutar você. Eles abandonam os hospedes na recepção falando e aparece outro tão ruim e sem solução como o que deixou você falando sozinho. - Quarto e instalação: Cama ruim com colchoes velhos, o banheiro é velho mas o pior não é limpo. Nos apart do 18 andar a sensação é naquele box nunca foi passado um Veja, um cloro sequer. Acreditem o hotel não dispõe de coberta. Fui pedir e a resposta foi .. o que tem esta nos quartos. Resumo: corra desse hotel
