Please rest assured that we have taken your feedback to our management and conciergerie and will follow up on this internally. As for the restaurant recommendation, we would like to apologize sincerely to you for the caused inconvenience. We work very closely with the local Bahnhofsmission and police department to keep the immediate area of the hotel clean and secure and our own staff also patrols several times a day through this area.
