Great hotel barring one power crazy employee

I stayed here for one night on Sunday the 19th February. Great hotel. Lovely room, great breakfast bar and most staff show exceptional qualities. My only griveance. Whoever is the bespectacled staff member who was working the reception nightdesk on Monday the 19th needs a serious talking to or imo dismissmal from Management. Frankfurt is a seriously dangerous place, especially at night, as it is rife with drug dealers and people who will easily try and mug you. My friend as another lady at reception on the saturday night, after the football, could we simply wait in reception from 11pm to 3:48am when my taxi would arrive. I understand this is a tad cheeky but she said no problem. I again checked upon checkout and was again assured no problem. I came back at 11pm, with my friend and disabled brother only to be told no. The staff member even had the gaul to say ‘this is a hotel, not a lounge. His customer service and human touch was non evident. He was also watching a programme on german military history. This is abhorrent. My friend was vocal, so the only option we had was to take my brother and friend and sit in the cold train station with numerous homeless people. I urge you to speak to this staff member and if it not his first demeanor, please dismiss. He is the one disgrace to your great hotel. Thanks

Good experience

Good, no nonsense hotel close to the train station with tram stop outside. Room was small but fine for our three nights stay. Staff very very polite and helpful. Perhaps not the best of areas with a fair number of beggars around and close to the red light area but we never felt unsafe. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast.

Unterkunft sauber. Gute Verkehrslage. Frühsück sehr gut. Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber. 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt. Preis Leistung stimmt. Nächster Frankfurt tripp gerne wieder.

Hôtel dans un quartier un peu mal famé. Dealers à 3 mètres de l’entrée de l’hôtel, sdf qui dorment dehors à 3 mètres également. 2 rue + loin tout un quartier d’érotique shop. Quand on est arrivés il y avait dans l’entrée plein de monde et de la musique hyper forte qu’on s’est demandés si c’était bien là l’entrée. comme le bar est attaché à l’accueil de l’hôtel et qu’il y avait un groupe ce soir là qui jouait de la musique on n’arrivait pas à accéder à l’accueil pour faire le check in et on n’entendait pas le réceptionniste. Il a dû sortir. On avait la chambre juste au dessus au 1er étage donc on entendait fort la musique

Die Personal und Service sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber kühl, leider hat man vergessen die Heizung einzuschalten. Sonst ist alles gut.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewerung. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel hatten. Die Heizung befindet sich unter dem Fenster und kann manuell eingestellt werden. Bei uns kann die Klimaanlage und die Heizung unabhängig voneinander eingeschaltet und ausgeschaltet werden.

Sisältä täysin remontoitu hotelli, mukava hlökunta, runsas buffet aamiainen ja hotellin sijainti loistava, aivan rautatieaseman läheisyydessä, mutta hyvän äänieristyksen johdosta silti hiljainen.
