Dear guest, thanks a lot for posting a kind review of your recent stay at our hotel. We are happy that you had a pleasant time with us. The charge for the transfer hotel - airport is usual and practised at all frankfurt airports hotels. We are sorry that we can not include it in the room rate, because not all guest use this service.
