Neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und hervorragender Anbindung. Die Bar ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und wieselflink.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Anbindung durch eine Tram-Haltestelle genau vor dem Hotel. Zimmer hell und sauber, die Zimmertüren sind leider nicht sehr gut isoliert und man hört alles was auf den Gängen passiert. Für meine Verhältnisse war die Matratze zu weich, ich bin aber auch eher Fan des Typs Betonklotz. Check-In und Check-Out schnell und ohne Probleme. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht, kann also keine Bewertung dafür abgeben.

Das Hotel war zu diesem Zeitpunkt gut ausgebucht und daher in den Morgenstunden recht laut, daher war an schlafen ab 6.30 Uhr nicht mehr zu denken. Die Zimmertüren fallen recht laut und automatisiert ins Schloss. Ansonsten alles bestens! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wie jedesmal super Preis-/Leistung. Parkhaus war am Mittwoch voll, da es leider nicht ausschließlich Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist. Eine Reservierung ist nicht möglich, ist schon sehr ärgerlich, da es in der Nähe kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Außerdem war auf meinem Stockwerk eine Gruppe junger Leute, die die komplette Nacht extremen Lärm gemacht haben. Der Service ist aber super!
