The check in was smooth. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The place is run down, not well maintained in many areas of the room. It was good location as it was centrally located. Lots of rust. Microwave looked like it had exploded with rust. Refrigerator lots of rust. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. One shower it was almost impossible to turn it on, it was so hard.

The property outside was beautiful the view of the harbor is exquisite. However inside the plumbing is loud and horrid all night if anyone either you or them use or flush loud noises ,no internet services and they expects you to do most of the cleaning or they hold you deposit

Definitely is not what they show in the pictures, had to wait 30 minutos at my arrival for someone to show up to check in. There were cockroaches in my room and they will not clean your room during the stay.
