Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys korvasi monet hotellin puutteet. Emme kyllä odottaneetkaan yhden tähden hotellilta paljoa.

Asia koskee tallelokeroa: HUkkasin avaimen. Olin antanut 20 €:n pantin. Tallelokeron ovi jouduttiin murtamaan, koska hotelilla ei ollut vara-avainta. JOuduin maksamaan lisää 180 €, joten kokonaiskustannus oli 200 €. Vika oli minun, se on selvä. Mutta, eikö heti olisi pitänyt ottaa 200 €:n pantti, jotta asiakas olisi heti tiennyt, mitä siitä seuraa jos hukkaa avaimen. Ja varoitus: Elä mene ilta-aikaan ja yöaikaan rannalle. Erittäin vaarallinen. Itse en enää mene koskaan Espanjaan ja Fuengirolaan, säästyy monelta harmilta.

sijainti hyvä, lähellä rantaa ja kaupungin keskust

Pros: Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja lakanat ja pyyhkeet tarpeeksi usein. Siivoojat tekivät työnsä hyvin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
Location: Hotellista oli helppo liikkua bussilla, koska pysäkit olivat lähellä. Kaupungista on loistava metroyhteys Malagaan ja "välipysäkeille".
Ensimmäisenä yönä (klo n. 01.00) majoitettiin "vinttikomeroon", jossa ei ollut parveketta eikä tilaa, mutta kun olimme varanneet parvekkeellisen huoneen loppuajaksi saimme sellaisen.
