About 3 years ago we stayed in this hotel and the friendly staff was very nice but this time it was horrible,customer service if I can give zero ⭐️ will be perfect because that’s they are deserve it,super dirty but the hotel is in a great location other than that I never stay again BE AWARE!!!!

First room assigned floor was dirty had hair and debris everywhere. Second room was the same so I told the guy apparently they don’t clean the floors, that I wanted it done the next morning. Afterwards looking at bed one of the bed sheets was dirty good thing we only needed one bed.

Hotel was in a convenient location for walking to gatlinburg. Room was clean, no where to put clothes other than small closet, no bathroom fan, lighting is poor in the room area making it hard to see. Parking was easy staff was very friendly it was quiet and convenient for the price.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, just an empty hole that i plugged with a bath towel to keep out bugs etc. The shower curtain didn't extend far enough down to keep the bathroom floor from flooding.

We stayed two nights, the room was clean, the bed wasn’t hard it was very comfortable, I loved the walk in shower, check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and we was able to walk wherever we wanted! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others!

There was kids running around half the night over us and outside our room.The room was clean and everything we needed...just needs to be updated....no toothbrush at the front desk(I forgot mine).It's was within walking distance to everything downtown.

We didn’t have the breakfast, the room was dirty. The staff was very unfriendly and antisocial, especially at the front desk. The fire extinguishers are not up to code. The cases around them are broke and there’s wasps nest in them. The elevator has no permit or anything from the city where the fire department and it needs to be updated and worked on. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
