Parking is right under the building. Everything in Gatlinburg is walkable. The facility feels safe & was very clean. Staff was all very kind.

For the price of the romantic room it is not worth it. The bed was not comfortable, not to mention the jets barely worked in the tub. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. About the only good thing. The whole weekend there was kids screaming in the pool at all hours and running up and down the hallways all night long. I would recommend another hotel.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were immediately accessible. In very convenient space with walkable distances of all the stores and major activities. Only thing I wish is that we didn’t have to pay for parking.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Terrible room. The toilet was tilted, there was a fly fishing lure with hook in the floor that my 6 year old found. The heat was off when we arrived and it was 53 degrees in the room. The elevators were always full and very slow. Even with the balcony door open you could clearly hear the road noise and people screaming on the strip late at night. Overall would not stay here again.

Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.

The parking was a nightmare! First, you are forced to pay a parking fee every day, and then the spaces are limited and extremely hard to get into. We barely could open our car doors! The Elevators were a huge aggravation. We waited 10-20 minutes EVERY time we needed one. The room was okay. It appeared clean and nice. Breakfast was also good. The staff was very bland. They said hello and thank you. That was about it.
The parking garage was built for tiny smart cars. We barely could open our doors.
The bottom area is 6'4" high, everyone was made to go back outside and move to higher levels. Also that bears sometimes rip into vehicles looking for food. High parking fee daily

Great for location but,, the entire property is wildly outdated!! The hotel is in dire need of renovation from top to bottom! Just for example, the mattresses are probably 30yrs old. But again, great location 5 min or less walk to down town gatlinburg
