Old facility and it shows, the parking is a nightmare. Leaking, dirty, very low and hard to navigate garage. Elevator is slow, so often jammed with people. Even the TVs are old and vibrate when the audio is on. Staff was friendly, seemed under staffed. Breakfast was great, that's a bright spot. Pool was old but also fun with lots of kids, I would say that was the best part of our trip. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything was very clean in and around the hotel. Pool with a slide and hot tubs were great! Parking is $15 per vehicle/per room/per night in the covered parking lot on site. For extra vehicles you will pay $15 per vehicle/per room/per night at an off site gravel lot.

Perfect location. Only complaint, if you can call it that, is the breakfast area is really too small for the amount of guests staying there. No where to sit and food runs out before you can even get back in line to get food. Everything else was great

Flawes but good location and amenities

Great location and great staff but some flaws. Pros: walkable to everything, staff is super friendly, has an indoor/outdoor pool with slide which was awesome and two jacuzzis. Cons: two elevators that service 8 floors so you’re always waiting. There was a conference while we were there so maybe worse than normal. Parking garage is tight, seems damages with water and mud, and costs money (but this cost is showed ahead of time so that’s good.) Not the cleanest and seemed to have a stink bug infestation while we were there.

Staff was friendly but bed was not comfortable at all, parking was a nightmare. We have a truck and maintenance had to call people to move their car to upper levels because where they are parked is clearly marked for taller vehicles only. Room was clean but looks like when things go wrong they just patch it up but don’t pay attention to how it looks.
