Run From This Place

Never will I stay here again. First they double charged me for parking so I had Hotel.com contact them about it. Then when I went to the front desk the lady I first spoke with was so rude to me. Then we get to our room and we checked it out. There were cracks, a hole and multiple repair spots on the bottom of the tub. There is no vent in the bathroom. The curtains were stained and the ceiling was filthy. The hotel is so run down. One night I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom only to turn on the light and see a roach in the bathtub. Nasty! Cracks and pealing spots everywhere. The place stinks so bad. One time we came out of our room and the smell of urine was so strong it took your breath away. The pool area is also run down. Their hot tubs were hot but the 2nd day the jets quit working and the water to the fountain and slide kept turning off. One good thing was the breakfast was good and the lady working it was wonderful. This hotel needs a major remodel because it is so run down. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for the conditions it is in.

The only disagreement I have is paying over $16 a night for parking in a place you’re staying where are you suppose to park. We’ve stayed here before but 1st we’ve had to pay parking in a hotel you’re staying in. Where can you park free on a place you’re paying to stay at.

We had the hardest time figuring out where to check in at this hotel. We had to ask the hotel next door. The signage is awful. The parking garage, where you have to park, is awful. We had black hairs on our towels in the bathroom. A dead bug on the wall. All we could smell was weed in our room. The room smells so bad. Would never stay here again.
