Fire place in the room didn't work, ice maker on our floor didn't work, the 2 time I tried to use in room hot tub there was no hot water, the TV programming in room was awful, the arm chair in room dated and uncomfortable, out door fire pit didn't work, and parking was $16.50 a night. Breakfast Was good, hotel facility was clean..

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist throughout my stay. The breakfast offerings, however, were limited and mostly unhealthy, with only a few items I could find to eat, such as sugary pastries and processed cereals. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to see an excessive amount of waste generated, particularly the use of styrofoam containers and plastic tableware, both of which are known for their non-biodegradable properties, contributing to environmental pollution and waste management challenges.

First off, the elevators are SLOW!!! Expect to be standing there waiting for upwards of 10 minutes at times. My husband and I both have bad backs….the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable so I could barely walk the following day. Overall the facility is clean. The parking garage? If you have a big truck like we do…you will barely clear the first floor and that’s where you park. Motorcycles and cars are taking up spots so you have to try and maneuver into a spot. The middle section leaks water in so you get out in huge dirty puddles. The one truly good thing was the breakfast. Had biscuits&gravy, eggs, salty sausage patties, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes etc…. Always kept up and readily available. Could use some fresh fruits. Overall good for the price, except for my backache…..

Worst parking for this hotel , pay $16.46 for this dirty and low roof parking , and very small space for each car , not safe in this hotel , will never and ever coming back again .

The staff was really really nice and really helpful. The breakfast was OK and the gravy for the biscuits and gravy tasted weird. Don’t really know how to describe it but I’ve had biscuits and gravy at hotels before and never had it taste like that and a coffee provided in the guest rooms tasted like mud water. The grossest coffee I’ve ever tasted. Overall, very nice day. I will stay there again, but I would not eat the breakfast or drink the coffee provided in the rooms. And if you’re a guest, you still have to pay for parking parking was $16 even though we stayed as guest. The parking garage was also very small and very low to the ground. Would not recommend if you have a lifted vehicle and tight spaces

Housekeeping was completed daily - everything replaced and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint- parking spaces are very tight, I am assuming designed more for cars during the time period hotel was built. Bypass the lower level, there is plenty more spaces on next level and elevator access is available.

I’d love to give it zero stars. Was that an option? Room had big cockroaches. Need I say more? Yes I do. Old and falling apart at every turn. Dirty, everything chipped and peeling- paint, woodwork, carpets, dirty floors, gross elevator, century old sheets. Pillow cases didn’t even fit the pillows. Very noisy - cars traffic people. Bear shot on the front steps.
