Staff was very nice. We got exactly what we paid for/expected. We just wanted somewhere to sleep after exploring Gatlinburg all day. I am very reasonable. The things that make it a 2 star though are things that other cheap hotels can provide no problem. The bed was so thin and uncomfortable, and it was a king size with only three pillows. That’s silly/fixable. Also hot water is a bare minimum for me, but when we got back to our room and I was feeling sick/exhausted I couldn’t take a hot shower right away (the staff fixed this quickly and were kind).

yes it was Pet friendly and the Laundry was very clean. The first room that I had was in need of some work, but when ask for another room they switch me. The second room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when you need something, when asking for another room they had no problem changing it.

The room was nasty. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. Dirty towels were folded up and left on the bathroom shelf. Hair on the bathroom floor, dirt and grim. There was also medication spilt on bathroom floor while pills as well as ones that had been smashed. I reported this to front desk and was informed no other room was available not was there anyone to clean it that someone could clean it the next morning. Some one was supposed to call prior to coming to clean the room, no call and no one ever came to clean. The room had multiple types of bugs, the bed was broken, and on the second day I called the desk to notify them e could not get into our room because the door would not open. Asher waiting 45 mins we finally were able to get into our room by kicking the door… I requested a refund / discount and girl at the front desk did not acknowledge me. There was screaming, and yelling all night long on Saturday night of our stay. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and will not recommend it to anyone or return. I will be calling corporate.

Even though the property was Pet Friendly they had no disposable stations for dogs. We had maintenance in our room 3 times during a 2 night stay. The door key entrance was broken so we could not enter when we arrived. We were leaving for dinner and the inside door knob came completely off. Our TV had to be replaced twice. I expected more with the cost of this room being around $200 per night. I am requesting a refund

The room was nothing like the pictures represented. It was stark white blank walls. No carpeting. Sparsely furnished. Ran the hot water for a solid 15 minutes before getting warm temperature water. The microwave didnt work. It wasnt plugged in due to their being no outlet. Husband moved it to the floor, where it did come on but failed to heat the food. Didnt get the type room I reserved. I sound like a Karen, but this stay was a total flop. This type of room is a dime a dozen and i hate i wasted my key cash points. Would never stay here again.

Didnt know the hotel was a block down and up a hill from the lobby and part of the hotel my son was staying in. Keys stopped working had to walk to lobby and back just to get into my room. The room was falling apart. The toilet was loose and had trouble flushing. The shower curtin rod was detached from the wall. The heater and air didnt work. It was just disgusting. Would not stay again.

Leaking and improper functioning shower/tub faucet. Refrigerator and microwave outlets are wired to a switch at the vanity. Found a used vape apparatus upon entering the room. CONSTANT smell of weed in the hallway! We've stayed here A LOT in the past, but not anymore!!

Room spacious. Bathroom-a little dirty, shower leaked on the floor, caulk around shower floor etc., gone probably due to leak. 3 doors-no real weather stripping and gaps, lots of cold air coming through all. Front door-maintenance person just pushed in coming into room without us sayi g to come in TV- only about 10 channels worked, rested fuzzy or non existent Fire place worked on a 1 hour time and really did warm room. Heat could barely keep room warm due to the space and cold air coming around the 2 doors. Door between rooms only held closed by a flimsy lock that if pushed hard would probably come off wall. People on other side tried knob numerous times during the night. Shower took forever for hot water to start. Curtains over heating unit so had to tie up to get some heat into the room. Outside stairs and walk areas need alot of care. Swimming pool not heated and very nasty. Only 1 coffee packet given. Had to walk outside in the cold to office to get extra cups of coffee.
