Elevator not functional

King size bedroom seemed to be a converted afterthought. 2nd floor next the Howard's Steak house. One chair balcony.,fridge did not work properly. Bathroom sink in the hallway towards the door. Zero elevators working. Did have hungry Black Bears roaming the creek and parking area. Yikes but stupidly cool.

The first room they gave us, it looked like house keeping forgot that they were suppose to finsh cleaning! All the bed linens were stripped, there was still trash from who ever was in it before. This wasnt right at check out time either this was at 2345. The second room they gave us the bed was broken on the head board end, so we ended up sleeping on the foot end scared to asknfor another room with what we had seen already, also the water in the shower took about 10 minutes just to get warm!

The property was shabby and poorly maintained. The property has three separate buildings. The check-in lobby is in one building and one bedroom building is located across the parking lot at the bottom of a mountain. The second bedroom building is located at the top of that mountain. The two bedroom buildings are connected by an elevator, however the elevator is out of order. That required us to around the block and up an extremely steep driveway to get to our building. The floor of our room was very dirty, the vanity lights didn't work and there appeared to be black mold along the baseboard in the bathroom. I am amazed that Quality Inn allows this property to operate under their name.

Floors (tile) were dirty. Needed mopping. Linens were clean room was alright other than more cleaning. Breakfast buffet was good and had many choices. Expedia price was NOT price I paid, even after pet fee. Should have been just over 500$ was over 600$. Was told double charged for parking-which was supposed to be included on Expedia price. Careful

The floor in the room needed to be mopped, it was dirty. One light bulb was out and we asked to be replaced but it never got done. The elevators were out of order so I had our room moved to the ground. The free breakfast should go to at least 10am for breakfast. Other than that the stay was great.
