Dear Guest, we would like to thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at admiral. We deeply apologise for your bad experience as mentioned and feel very uncomfortable reading it. We do pay attention to our guests and we are going to check all points related on your comments. We tried in vain to verify what could have happened not being able to receive your diet breakfast request through ebookers as no document nor special request was received from them.. regarding the water, we are checking the dates of all our bottles offered in the room and we are very sorry to have missed yours. Please be sure we will correct this immediately. Finally, we are quoted as a 3 stars hotel and not a 4 as you said, checking our hotel on ebookers as well as the Air Conditioning which is not mentioned on ebookers neither. Once again we are more than sorry for your bad feeling and we hope to have the pleasure to welcoming you back some day at Admiral. We are planning to install the A/C soon at hotel. We address you our best regards.

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for your comment on Admiral Geneva. The Managment has changed from June 1st 2019 and we are planning to install the Air Conditioning soon. The district should remain the same, It is an animated area well known called Les Pâquis and we feel sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
